Crusher Wear Parts & Custom Castings for Mining and Construction

Jaw plates, cone mantles and concaves, blow bars, hammer heads, bucket teeth and drawing-based custom castings — produced by an integrated foundry with four in-house casting routes, heat treatment, machining and inspection under one roof.

Why work with us

One Project, Not a Box of Parts

Every inquiry is read as a technical requirement — geometry, material, process and inspection are reviewed together before price and delivery are confirmed.

1

Drawing & Sample Review

Start with a drawing, 3D model, part number or sample. We identify the geometry, material family and process route, and ask for only the details that are actually missing.

2

Material & Process Selection

High-manganese steel, high-chromium cast iron, alloy steel and ductile iron, produced across four in-house casting routes — selected against your working conditions, not a menu.

3

Inspection & Delivery

Material verification, dimensional inspection, hardness checks and export packing are planned before production, so the release evidence matches what your procurement team needs.

Materials & processes

Four Casting Routes, Four Material Families

Green sand, shell moulding, lost foam and investment casting cover parts from small precision components to large wear castings.

Green Sand Casting

The workhorse route for medium and large castings at competitive cost. Wide size and material range, fast tooling.

Shell Moulding

Resin-coated sand shells give better surface finish and dimensional consistency for repeatable series production.

Lost Foam Casting

Near-net-shape casting with complex geometry, generous draft freedom and reduced machining stock.

Investment Casting

Highest precision and surface finish in the family, suited to smaller components with tight tolerances.

Materials we cast

High-Manganese Steel — Mn13, Mn18 and variants

Jaw plates, cone mantles & concaves, hammer heads — impact and abrasion duty

High-Chromium Cast Iron — Cr15–Cr26 families

Blow bars, impact plates and other high-wear impact applications

Alloy Steel — Low-alloy and heat-treatable grades

Custom structural castings, housings, wear plates and machined components

Ductile Iron — GGG40/50/60 and similar

Housings, frames and components needing strength and machinability

Industries we serve

Questions we hear

Before You Send an Inquiry

How do you handle an inquiry that starts without a drawing?
Many projects start from a part number, equipment model, sample photo or a worn part. We use what is available to identify the geometry, material and a possible process route, then tell you which details are still missing before a quotation is prepared.
How are MOQ, tooling and lead time determined?
All three follow the part. Geometry and size decide the pattern or tooling, material and inspection scope decide the production steps, and quantity decides how the costs are spread. We confirm each of these in the technical review before quoting.
Can you produce castings to OEM or private-label requirements?
Yes. Drawing-based requirements, custom dimensions, branding and marking can be confirmed as part of the order, with inspection and acceptance scope fixed before production.
What inspection records can ship with the order?
Material certificates, dimensional inspection reports, hardness records and visual inspection records are available as agreed in the order. NDT or third-party inspection can also be arranged when specified.

Tell Us What You Need to Build

Send a drawing, part number or equipment model — drawings are helpful but not required for the first conversation. We reply with technical feedback within 12–24 hours.
